Pokémon SoulGold Cheats and In-Game Codes

There is no official SoulGold Gameshark or Action Replay list. If you searched for codes, use the built-in options and the official FAQ instead.

What we will not publish

Invented Action Replay codes would be wrong for this pokeemerald-expansion build and can corrupt saves. Official docs do not provide a cheat-code table.

Built-in tools people mean by “codes”

DexNav — after the first Poké Balls. Higher shiny chance at 50 and 100 streaks. Unregister species from the DexNav screen.
Candy Jar — after the first gym, from Elm’s aide with the egg. Stores extra EXP as Exp Candy.
Multiple option pages — the README lists pages of options to customize play style, including optional level caps on Hackdex tags.
Innates early — unofficially for the intended curve; the FAQ says you can activate them from the bookcase behind the starter case in Elm’s lab, and that this is unbalanced.
